How to Use |

Follow These Easy Steps at Bedtime | |

1. Apply first straight strap (near little finger) |

Align edge of elastic centerpiece with knuckle of little finger. |
|
|
Align flat side of centerpiece with creases of hand/wrist joint. |
|
|
Remove tape backing and secure strap to palm side while holding the centerpiece in place. |
|
|
Tear excess tape at center of palm. | |

2. Apply second straight strap (below thumb) |
|
|
|
Remove tape backing. |
|
|
Pull to stretch cutout in elastic centerpiece to at least 1.5 times the original diameter to feel tight. |
|
|

|
Secure strap to palm. |
|
|
Tear excess tape at center of palm.
Do not overlap first strap. | |

3. Apply third angled strap (above thumb) |
|
|
|
Remove tape backing. |
|
|
Pull to provide tension on elastic centerpiece, wrapping strap between thumb and first finger. |

|
Secure strap to palm. |
|
|
Tear excess tape at center of palm.
Do not overlap second strap. |
|
|
